Business Custom Order Pricing

Straightforward volume pricing for branded workwear, client gifts, team gear and event merchandise. There is no minimum order. Prices include the product and one standard decoration location.

Prices are per piece. Dog tag keychains drop to $2.50 each at 250 or more. Quantities count the total of one product in your order, across sizes and colors. Sales tax, delivery and shipping are additional when they apply.

What is included in every price

One design, one location. Choose front, back or left chest for apparel. The same artwork, placement and decoration method apply across the order.
A digital proof. We send a proof within 1-2 business days of receiving your artwork. Production starts only after you approve it in writing. Vector-ready artwork is preferred.
Standard products. Apparel pricing covers adult S-XL and one full-color DTF print location. Hat pricing covers one standard leatherette patch, up to 4 x 2.5 inches. Tumbler pricing covers one side and includes the lid. Keychain pricing covers one side.

Standard turnaround is counted in business days from the day we have your deposit, your approved proof and the blanks in hand.

Orders with more than one product are scheduled by the longest item. Need it sooner? Rush apparel orders of up to about 48 pieces can be ready in 2-3 business days for an additional 25%, when blanks are in stock and our schedule allows. Ask for a rush quote. November and December are our busiest months, so allow extra time.

Deposit and payment

Every order is secured with a 50% non-refundable deposit. The deposit is non-refundable because we order your blanks and set up your custom artwork as soon as it is paid. The remaining 50% is due when your order is complete, before it is delivered, handed off or shipped.

We send one invoice for the deposit and one for the balance. We do not offer net terms: all orders are paid in full before they leave our shop.

Local delivery and shipping

We are a local business serving Wichita and the surrounding areas, and local is what we do best. Delivery is free within about 30 minutes of Wichita, including Derby, Andover, Maize, Haysville, Goddard, Park City, Bel Aire and Valley Center. From 30 to 60 minutes out, delivery is free on orders of $250 or more and $30 on smaller orders. Prefer to skip the fee? Meet us at an agreed public spot in Wichita at no charge.

Beyond about an hour from Wichita, we ship anywhere in the United States for an additional fee based on the size and weight of your order, quoted with your order.

Questions we get a lot

Is there a minimum order? No. We take orders from one piece to hundreds, and bigger orders get lower prices per piece.

What artwork files do you need? Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) are best. A high-resolution PNG usually works too.

What if there is a mistake? If we make an error, we fix it at no charge. If the error is in the artwork, spelling or sizes you approved, correcting it is an additional charge, so please check your proof carefully.

Will I get the exact quantity I ordered? Yes. We build in our own spares to cover production errors and do not charge for them.

Can I return custom items? Custom items are made just for you, so they cannot be returned or resold. If something arrives defective, tell us right away and we will make it right.
