SHIPPING POLICY

Rugged Layer products are made to order. Production begins after your order and payment have been accepted.

FULFILLMENT

Graphic Tee Orders may be produced, packaged, and shipped by an authorized third-party print and fulfillment provider. Items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Estimated processing and delivery times are displayed at checkout when available. These estimates do not include weekends, holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

CUSTOM AND BUSINESS ORDERS
Custom orders are produced by Rugged Layer in Mulvane, Kansas. Delivery is free within about 30 minutes of Wichita. From 30 to 60 minutes out, delivery is free on orders of $250 or more and $30 on smaller orders. We also offer free meet-ups at an agreed public location in Wichita. Beyond about an hour, we ship within the United States for a fee based on the size and weight of the order, quoted with your order. The balance must be paid before an order is delivered, handed off or shipped.

SHIPPING RATES

Available shipping methods, destinations, and charges are calculated and displayed during checkout. Rugged Layer currently ships only to destinations accepted by our checkout system.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. Tracking information may require up to 48 hours to begin updating after the carrier receives the package.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. If we learn that an order cannot ship within the promised timeframe—or within 30 days when no timeframe was provided—we will notify you and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund as required by applicable law.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you discover an error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping has begun.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be shipped again because an incomplete or incorrect address was provided.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING PACKAGES

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, your package arrives damaged, or the order is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us at Info@Ruggedlayerllc.com as soon as possible.

Include your order number and any relevant photographs or tracking information. We will review the situation with the fulfillment provider or carrier and determine the appropriate next step.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If international shipping is available at checkout, the customer is responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.
